The Ogden Mustangs are to excited to ink up returning goaltender, Trey Hirschfield, for the 2022-2023 season.
“Last year I was so impressed with playing out in Ogden. All the fans and the winning culture are amazing. I’m excited to be back and try to bring a National Championship to Ogden” Hirschfield says.
The staff is thrilled to get Trey back in the net. Coach Orlando states, “Trey being ready from the start of the season will be a game changer for us. He is such an athletic net minder who’s junior experience will help our locker room immensely.” Trey played 3 games for the Mustangs at the end of last season recording a 2-0-1 record, 2.3 GAA and a .93+ save %.
Speaking from Nebraska while vacationing with his family, Hirschfield is focused on the new season. “We just have to carry on with what we had last year. We have a real tight group of guys and we know we can compete with any team in the country. Keeping consistency all the way through is going to be key.”
