Across the pond!

The Ogden Mustangs have signed Defenseman, Teddie Hember, for the 2022-2023 season. Hember played for Vannas HC in the J20 Region last season.

The Swede is ready to make a difference for the Mustang’s back end. “I wanted to try a new challenge and my end goal is college. I feel like Ogden is a very strong organization that can help me reach the end goal of college hockey.“

Coach Orlando is excited to work with Hember, “Teddie is a smooth skating defenseman that likes to move the puck. He makes intelligent decisions and puts the team in a good spot when he’s on the ice.” Hember’s analysis of his own play is very similar:

“I’m a two way defenseman that likes to do creative things with the puck in both ends.” Hember posted 17 points in 31 games last year.

As Teddie prepares to depart Stockholm, he is stoked to experience the United States.

“This season I want to adapt to the American style of play and help Ogden win the championship“ he concludes.
